How Custom Ordering Works

Step 1 — Choose your piece
Browse our catalog or visit the showroom. Pick the style you want — sofa, bed set, dining table, wardrobe, or any other piece.

Step 2 — Select fabric and finish
Choose your fabric colour and grade from our sample book. For wooden pieces, choose the finish and wood type. Our team guides you through every option.

Step 3 — Confirm size
Tell us your room dimensions. We adjust the sofa width, bed length, dining table size, or wardrobe depth to fit your space exactly.

Step 4 — We build it
Our craftsmen build your furniture at our workshop. Standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. We keep you updated.

Step 5 — Doorstep delivery and installation
We deliver to your home, carry it inside, assemble it, and place it where you want it. Nationwide delivery available.

Ready-made furniture is built for average room sizes. In most Islamabad homes — especially in DHA, F-sectors, and Bahria Town — rooms have specific proportions. A sofa 10cm too wide ruins the layout. A wardrobe 5cm too tall won’t clear the ceiling.

Sofa fabrics: Imported velvet, textured weave, premium chenille, faux leather, linen blend. Available in 40+ colours.

Bed frame fabrics: Matching the sofa collection. Headboard height and channel tufting patterns customisable.

Dining table tops: Available in premium engineered board with high-gloss or matte lacquer, or solid wood for selected designs.

Wardrobe finishes: High-gloss white, matte grey, walnut veneer, custom two-tone combinations.

How long does custom furniture take in Islamabad?
Standard custom orders take 3 to 4 weeks at Ikon Home GT. Complex pieces or large orders may take slightly longer. We confirm the timeline at the time of order.

Is custom furniture more expensive than ready-made?
Not by as much as people expect. Because we manufacture ourselves, we cut out middlemen. Custom sofas at Ikon Home GT start from approximately PKR 120,000 for a 3-seater. WhatsApp us for an exact quote on your requirements.

Can I order furniture in a specific size not shown on the website?
Yes. Size customisation is the whole point. Tell us your room dimensions and we’ll advise the best configuration. We can build smaller or larger than our standard displayed sizes.

Do you deliver custom furniture outside Islamabad?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery cost for cities outside Islamabad is calculated at time of order.

Can I see the fabric before confirming?
Yes. Visit our DHA Phase II showroom to see and touch the fabric samples. We can also courier a small fabric swatch for customers outside Islamabad.
